Late night work

This job really leaves me no re-collection that it's the month of syawal... I'm almost working at any other hours where pple go visiting...unable to follow my friends for jalan raya parents for visiting my elderly relatives and my uncle's house kena visit them sendiri..plus Starbucks had their jalan raya yesterday and i couldn't make it again..

8 days back marked 4 yrs of my life working in Starbucks.. management changes but so long as what i wanna do when i work satisfy me, doesn't anger them, i'm glad and contented.. I've been looking through and wondering whether i should ask for a testimonial to leave the place and get myself useful at home instead..

Work has been tough more new responsibilities awaiting for me..My supervisor will teach me stuff that she might need to hand over to me..sigh.. and one of us is leaving for a recruitment consultant.. so pple get your resumess ready should u need a job.. maybe my friend can help.. heehee.. the other one might be interchanging departments. Ironically after all this i received a call on Web Master post from SingTel but i doubt i'm getting them since i am still much needed in BlackBerry.

Work has been busy lots of network and roaming issues. plus stooopid egoistic Account Managers who knew nothing of their sales work flow hmmph! can't even follow up with their CSE and bicker on our phone line creating queue calls for customers.. affecting our cust service level.

Plus the stoopid i Directors," i am already in your Roaming partners network! y still cannot receive and send emails!!! capital GPRS also!" But system reads otherwise. stoopid.

So far my appraisals been gd above 95% and hopefully next month's and the following appraisal will fall around that range. I've been impatient lately ..pasal orang yang bengap dan tak tahu orang sibuk and call 4/5 times and cant wait for solutions. Engineers pun sibuk juga they think we sit and shake legs ke!

I feel like goin back to sch and study again.... this feeling is probing me since october.. sigh..and i hate to work on weekends..

The project is doing well.. n we took alot of pics. Miss Spore actually but its the friends and people ard here that filled the gap and the 'missing'ness. Many of ma man are sick n not forgetting me.. I was the first one to fall sick n still coughing.. But i hope it will go away.

Hope life has been good to u. Been learning n refelecting on life everyday since i reached here. ..(blah..blah ..blah..censored for privacy)

Such strong kinship that i've built wth this lady and the other gyrlfren that no matter what happens I stand by them through thick and thin that we've gone through together and the future hurdles that we will one day face. Love you two so much.

Hari raya was a lil quiet this yr that DAD had to work so much often than any other yr..Raya was at a wrong time when all the Uni students were busy preparing for their exams.

My father's family were cool this yr with all the lil kids presence. my smallest lot.. muzakir(aged 2) was smart i tell ya.. when he reached my house he kinda knew that it's his uncles' house and he knew where all the balls are kept!!(he likes to play ball and kicks with both legs!)He knew where he can get sweets most of all the lil ones just can't get their eyes off el-mo.. he was the star that day.. the lil ones eagerly waits to touch him while my aunts scrambled on the eeekiness of the sight of el-mo.

Mom's terrapin kena dere!! they were dropping shells on the terrapin.. kesian mom.. and to think that my mom actually screeched " Eh! mak long nyer turtle ! sakit lah dia nanti!",hahaah so much for putting it in a big tank that she finally shifted it on highland.

Bonding session with the fathers chit chat at the living room, some of my cuzzie went to sleep after a late night to geylang last night with moi and cuzzies. All the moms gathered around the dining table.. exchange recipes and Mom's Kuah pedas was the highlight of the dishes present.
"Next yr, bilang mak jangan masak lontong ketupat rendang semua...suruh dia masak lauk pedas, ayam goreng, baghedil,... lagi ummph!", one of my aunt requested.Even my cuzzie came and sat to eat the moment she entered the house..

Joyous as it was, unfortunately not all of them were present.. next yr i shall drag my dad to visit my grandmas with my cuzzie,uncles and aunt. been two yrs since we last followed them,.. last yr was because late-tok was here and this yr was because that was tired working non stop during puasa..alreDY the 5th day of raya.. but it seems like two weeks has passed hoepfully the weekend events will perk up my spirit of raya ..

Raya Total Spring Cleaning

I was at home and cleaning the last speckles of dirt and dust these few days.. It seems like a never ending cleaning spree.. While people are busy on the streets on the festival of lights, i was at home spanking all the dust and despising their stubborn willingness to leave and bickering on why they chose reside in my home. I went for last minute shopping with dear and Halimy In town and proceed to Ikea after that. Dear bought his sandal and i had settled for my shawl, so hard to get the right colour and at last i settled for one.Expensive! sigh~. At Ikea I bought Mom some flowers which was of her liking. She was pleased but she said it'll be even lovelier if it comes in a bigger bunch *hints*, plus glasses are depleting, Mom said, so i told Mom to use plastic cups on the first day coz my lil cuzzie will be dropping buy.. the WHOLE house will be turned upside down..so much for the cleaninng spree.. soft drink spills..cookie crumbs.. food droppings, not bird droppings..No use taking out glasses.. too FRAGILE... but doesn't matter they're my lovely adiks i have apart from the two full-grown ever stubborn younger brothers who seemed to old and look like MY OLDER brothers. I am so waiting impatiently for the bustling little brats that i've spoilt over these years to come visit.. number growing and oh yes my dear,niece and nephew, Oshie whom i've not seen for almost three weeks due to my shift swops and hectic schedules... Baby Akyash will be celebrating with us for the first time in his life..My "sweet" pillow will be a tug of war and my room will be the gyrl's lepak corner plus touch up make up room.. This yr i've fixed four tiny mirrors on my wardrobe,so plus one dressing table and two more already attached, it;'ll be more than enuff. Eve of raya is tomorrow and I've yet to settle for the crystals to stick on my first day Baju Kurung.. NO TIME to buy them and Mom has started bickering..I'm not buying shoes *a BIG surprise for myself though.. i spotted one nice shoe that i so much liked from U.R.S Inc. but my raya shoes last year seems brand new. Still some more shoppings to be done tomorrow MAYBE. and first time that i finished cleanning my house before the eve.. then i'll be helping Mom to fill the Kuihs in the small containers. Hopefully i dun keep popping the Coc Cookies!!!! super yummy!! B.j Kasi Lima "O"!!HAHHAHA.. and I will have to visit my future Mom.. *gulps* paisei* malu* shy* butterflies flying in my stomach* like i wish i can fit into my mom's Handbag when i get there... *Slumps. So much for that first time i'll be without my loveable Grandpa .. Yes Grandpa has left a big impact on me it'll be almost a yr since he left us in two months time and yes i dun regret showing my love and him leaaving with peace but the pain he went through made my family stronger and closer than ever.

moody days on tuesdays

yeah gone for a few days Monday was one heck of a trip to Johor. Dad was speeding his way to Johore to avoid the jam and yeah it was a bumpy scary ride! I was signalling Dad to slow down if he does not to have the cushions dirty. Bro had a nice seat where he can sleep on. Lil Cuzzie, Eksan was enjoying his trip and loves the thrilling ride. Yes i like thrill rides but not on a packed car full of passengers especially when there are lil kids to think of. We were singing our way there Hari Raya mood was high. my mamadik joined us and agreed that adik beradik sama aje.. suka speed (refers to the blood vens of my father, My uncles have a storng urge to speed on empty roads.Visit my maternal lil cuzzie who lives near tampoi. I dunno where but it was my first time there since they last shifted house three months back. It was cool. tere was an attic and i can see people streamin in his house if i was up there. Then the study rooom was at the corridor of the attic I did not buy much stuff but sponsored stuff instead..Bro made an innocent pitiful face to ask me to sponsor for his Baju Kurung.. Heck am i gonna do that.. he is working! so i walked far away from him ahaha in the end he settled for one and disband his ideas on shopping for a pair of shoes, which was not a necessity. Kasut dah banyak pun nak beli isk. There were lots of Kuihs down Angsana..I bought a few for Mom. Dad bought more krepeks. Some kuihs will be striked of from Mom's list. Instead she will be baking more cakes.And yes the roads are not free from beggars.. In the middle of the Johore checkpoint with the bustling traffic stood a beggar. He could have been knocked down by a car and was an obstacle for cars to overtake. Wonder where he git that idea from and why there were no security officers or policeman who will take into consideratoins of his safety.

yesterday i had a bad painstaking headache and ended up takin MC for the day thus working today sulks* 11-8 shift when i could have just not wasted my money on going to room 9 of Clementi Polyclinic. This doctor was more interested to rush home then to attend to his patient. No eye contact and his checks were so brisk and he was typing and looking at his wristwatch every other second. And he mumbled stupid conversations" dont drink Coffee,Tea" Before i can explain that i dun drink those he started on "Dun sleep late at nights" again i was to explain that i dun practise that for a long time already he abruptly interrupt on watching tv too much and surfing the internet and bla-bla bla which were not wat i even practised NOW. Those habots were way down my poly days.... I felt that i have just wasted my time waiting for his consultation and my energy. I should have just visited my family doctor easily.They provide more care and concern and lend a listening ear of my pains and discomfort.And i dun have to wait damn two hours to be treated and better service were practised. Friendly nurse too!...My head is still pounding with headaches now.. damn stupid foreign doctor. Lesson learnt: Doctors from Polyclinics Sucks.. (Watever happened to their goals mission and values... pricked me to see how ill-treat i was)...

I planned an advanced birthday celebration but it was backfired. hmmph* Rain was extremely heavy today..During my break i bought an umbrella just in case it rains later, bought some gifts for dear. Unfortunately, I got wet and drenched from the splashes of puddles.My shoe actually came off while i was crossing as the rain had made my shoes slippery! It was an uncomfortable feeling. Aired it before going off duty. I was late to Ikea. Bought a slice of oreo cake for dear. The bus was a jerky and bumpy ride. Met dear and off to Queensway shopping centre for Mizan's lenses and off to Anchorpoint for break fast. We had dinner at KFC and made our way to Ikea to find some last minute stuff for moi..After that we made our rounds and dear's leg was killing him. Tired from his work so we decided to end the day very early..thus i postponed my plan with the surprise to tomorrow as the clock has not striked 12..

5Th Nov 04 - HAPPY B'DAE SMIGEL BabY!
We met at City Hall and dear got his first present. Off to Suntec's Pizza Hut, an important venue from the courtship days.. We had a heartful dinner and i sneaked out to buy him a cake.. after dinner while we were heavily sighing with a heavy stomach, the cake was popped on the table. then more presents..I was glad that all the patience paid off.. Early back home again as i was will be working morning again tomorrow..

6th Nov 04


Last minute planning the night before, hang out with Simgel and the gyrl, for dinner at Siam Kitchen. It was fully reserved..(iwas glad) sorry Lut, it was reserved for the gyrlfren, for us to try together that's why the Seoul Garden recommendation. Fortunately for me hehheh the Siam kitchen will only be available after 6, maybe around that time there might be seats available. So we booked 3 seat at Seoul gardenfor a back up plan. Went shopping again and bought some minor stuff and by then it was already six. Lucky stars were shining on Smigel and the gyrl. Seats were available at Siam Kitchen. (So sorry Kak JULI!)Seoul Garden was cancelled. Buffet was ok but service wise and food quality, Rice Table was betta. there were lotsa Malay groupees eating there and one of the groups was having a birthday surprise. Birthday song was sang out loud joined by us and the other tables spontaneously. Caught even by surprise was their decision to share the cake with all of us..!We were so full and heavy when we left...The remainings are still being digested i guess.. vomitted some this morning..

I overslept yes.. woeke up at 6.30 and half hour to wash up and get on the bus ride.. i took my own sweet time and was ready at 7. a major achievement which i myself can't believe. Out of impulse, flagged the cab all the way to work.. Dear will KILL me if he finds out and eagerly waits for a relaxing joourney at work (as it's a sunday) ending at 4. No calls yet and i'm gonna go sleep any soon now.. Later i'll be goin out to Geylang and hunt for Baju Kurung with my Bro.Plus.. this coming week i work only two days and both at night!!!! ahahaha leave only took one day leave and i get to enjoy the luxurious hours at home !!!Plus both days are night shifts like no work. can sleep!! heh heh * Evil grins...! So much for these few days of hective work schedules!

Cinderella on Duty (**,)

day at home yesterday was spent polishing my Computer table, rearranging the Monitor and polishing every little detailed things found on my PC Table, even the wires and internal part of my CPU( unscrew it and all the dust spoke..when u whine near them..) ,the doors, my bedroom, sofa, furniture arrangements, more polishes on the wood surfaces and more arrangment changes. I was alll worried that i'll be a sneezy bunny at the end of the day.. with the accumulated dust coming from the highway.. Though Mom cleans the house everyday the real polishing were reallly picking up all the dust. I used up four good morning cloths.. from white to a discoloured blackish grey. Started the day off with a trip to the provision stores, and buying all the cleaning agents for different stuff. Pledge was expensive and i scrimmed for my loose notes.. There was no Nets in the shop u see.. some still use the bucket pulley system, cool eh! Money never stolen see how safe my neighbourhood is..I've even lost my wallet before with lots of cash and the lady actually went looking for me to return them back. Anyway i did purchased all the toiletries so maybe sis will splurge her pay on other things i hope.. when i got back, i prepared a 'mask' to prevent my nose from itching and snezzing and it works! Elmi was laffing his head off and helped a little with the furniture shifts. Apek called for Contact lens sponsorship... Comes the part when Mom was helping me re-arranging the furniture when the list of to get things came out.. ok macam more stuff to buy so i ended up saying, "ok mak.. mak tulis aje kat paper macam shopping list nanti sempat nani gi beli..."ah ambik ko but list never came coz she was too tired and just finished her last sewing for the year..Then Apek called again and he is in the polyclinic saying something bout hurting his leg.. haiz if it's been casted it'll be the second time he is in that condition plus raya maka tak glamourlah adikku nanti. Pledge is half bottled emptier and still not cleared with polishing the dining table, the store room and the two big doors, windows too and it was already 6..Dad came home after 8 and was surprised that we move stuff around ahaha but it did set his moods to Hari Raya..He's ok with it so no more changes i hope.. waiting for his green light to paint house hmmz..At the end of the day my body aches and i was too sleepy to talk on the phone.. and i got my favourite hobby done..sleep.

Sat Night Out*
Out with dear and caught Ladder 49. Kinda depicts the life of fire fighter.. So uch for a brother in the fire station imagined his life to be my brother's Ending was a sad one and go figure.. i sure doesn't want my bro to end up like him.. but maybe be filled with his courageous and willingness to save lives of victims..After which we head down for a feast of Fish & CO. Actually i thought of Pizza hut he had longed to eat for Fish & Co.. been like months since we've been there..He chose Blackpepper Stingray fish and i settled for Portugese Chilli Crab. Super yummY! His treat coz he had just got his first pay. Photos still in his cam so probably load it at a later date...muhahaha!

It's been a long time since i got together with my crime partners and a few others a few were missing... Kak juli, Faiz, Dayat, Amir etc...but Nevertheless i was introduced to Zaki's fren .. hello shah( if you're reading this!) and her bro then we have the rest of the gang.. waited for food at Sultana Cafeteria credits for those who came so early to book a place for us.. sorry was late there... Food was Ok .. too hungry to judge on its taste..mmm becoz service was pretty slow though pity si kecik for not eating before leaving.. took us more than an hour for food to be served.. Slacked till late 10 and dear was not happy about it..coz after that i sat with Nadz and his co-partner at starbucks accompanying him for his smoke break. Had a gd laff and left my worries away. 11,i left to head home

Gyrlfren's day out* MON
Gyrlfrens headhunting for baju kurung. We toured the whole of Tanjong Katoong, Pasar and Joo Chiat.. amazingly all the sizes that is available is not of her size.. Baby blue was a hard to come by colour and few choices lifted up to her expectations. I had my dendengs early in the day to be brought back to work... I've never been as tired as today my leg was killing me and for the first time i was always looking for a place o seat and AC Collections' sofa really pulled me to it. I bought a skirt instead of Baju kurung.. Impulse shopping haha! we head back t o City Hall and reserved seats at Sakura and went for make-up shopping.. spend $$ again! and decided to tighten my belts in case i overspend for the month. After Break fast, i head to work feeling so tired and sleepy! ouch... and actually fell asleep at 11! goodness i hoped i did not miss any calls coz i was totally asleep till 5 am in the morning! The moment i reached home, i washed up and confirmed my plans with sheda & went back to sleep again and it was already 3 plus in the afternoon!

Another Gyrl's Baju Kurung* TUES
After i woke up, cleared my drawers for pre-spring cleaning... and left home to get my charger at work.. yes it's my off day and i had simply left my charger there.. Battery was running low so i had no choice. Met sheda and yes we toured around Joo Chiat and spotted oni a few that really melt our eyes. Like kak Juli she is petite and looking for BAJU KRUNG ONI.. ok no colour hunting but she was slowly picking up on pink and hunting for maybe peach? We left the building with two choices and headed to the Bazaar.. managed to find soemthing that caught her eyes.. sweet eh! coz she was undecisive to get which one i shall keep this hanging and let u guys find out.. heheeeehehee Bought Prata home and some more delicacies, met some ol frens..
Till then.. it's already wednesday and my dinner with my poly frens has been cancelled as most of them couldn't make it... sigh Happy Fasting and Raya is coming to town... I'm heading to the bank soon to do a dragging part... change money and draw more money.. Got to get some pledge for the furnitures, toiletries drowning low, Mizan's contact lens, and mom will shop for kuih stuff...
